When We Manage The Project, You Get On Time, On Budget

Management begins when customers first make contact with Winston Michael and we work with you to clearly understand your facility needs. From there, we lead the project through all phases of the lifecycle as customer needs dictate, starting with a project-specific schedule that identifies key milestones and timelines as well as the ability to integrate into larger facility or plant construction project schedules. Some prefer to utilize their own resources or contracts to provide installation with Winston Michael personnel supervising and advising while others request full install services. Under either option, we follow up with a final quality assurance inspection to ensure the facility meets our high standards, is delivered on time, and within budget. Throughout the facility’s life, Winston Michael offers full maintenance and repair services.

Installation

As part of our turn-key process, Winston Michael and retain both in-house resources and multiple subcontracted partners to provide full installation services. We also provide site supervision and consulting services if a customer has an alternate means of installation.

Foundations

Winston Michael provides complete building materials from the base plate and upward. In addition, Winston Michael can also installation of slab on grade foundations, concrete blocks, and/or precast concrete panels for structural facility walls for complete building construction.

Repair

Winston Michael can service a customer’s building anywhere in North America. Our customer service representatives are available during all regular operating hours. Our goal is to respond in real time to all customer service concerns. In the case where a customer service representative cannot be reached in real time, our commitment is to respond to the customer within 24 hours. In the event technical assistance is required and it can be accomplished by phone, response time is expected to be within the same day.

HVAC & Electrical

Our facilities are completely adaptable to customer mechanical and electrical needs. The open span allows for interior configuration for any user need. Our subcontract partners help consult with potential customers to design mechanical, electrical, and architectural features tailored to the need.
